Biodiesel vs Marine Gas Oil: Rotterdam B100 Drops to $985 as MGO Hits $1,528.50
Marine biodiesel briefly fell to a record $985 per tonne in Rotterdam before rebounding to around $1,240, while marine gasoil surged to $1,528.50 per tonne. The reversal is changing bunker economics as FuelEU Maritime, EU ETS and RED III make fuel choice increasingly dependent on both market price and regulatory cost.
