Iran Blacklists 77 Vessels as Hormuz Compliance Clash Hits P&I and Class
Iran has expanded its Hormuz vessel blacklist to 77 ships and warned insurers, P&I clubs and classification societies against servicing them. But the Iranian authority behind the list is itself US-sanctioned, creating a new compliance conflict for owners, charterers and insurers.
