ICS2 2026: Maersk “No MRN, No Load” Starts September 30
Maersk will apply a “No MRN, No Load” policy from September 30, 2026 for cargo requiring an ICS2 Entry Summary Declaration and moving to or transiting through the European Union. A valid Movement Reference Number must be received before loading, while cargo without an accepted MRN at least 24 hours before vessel arrival at the compliance load port may be removed from the load list and rolled to a later sailing.
